The Le Mans came about as a replacement for the K75. I wanted to find a "modern" Airhead that had modern components and character all its own. It would have to be reliable for daily use, and wouldn't be a "downgrade" from the K75. I really liked the looks of the Le Mans, and it met most of my criteria, although it didn't have ABS like the K75 did. I have made several modifications to the Le Mans in order to get it to fit me a bit better.
