Just a short update for now: had a decent flight from Palm Springs to Los Angeles. The left brake is doing a weird shuddering thing, not sure what's up with that. I'm learning to work with the flying wires in their current state, to avoid the conditions that set up vibration.
It's been fantastic reconnecting with my brother and sister-in-law. I also got to meet up with my friend Hannah. We hung out in Echo Lake Park and chatted for the afternoon.
Planning to go up with David tomorrow morning, hoping that an early morning flight will result in smoother air to make things more pleasant. For now, I need to clean myself up and get in bed. Gotta get that rest where I can find it!
