I started thinking about buying an SV650 around 2004, but it wasn't until 2013 and my trip through Europe that I owned one. I spent 6 weeks riding in a loop from Ireland to Vienna and back, and really enjoyed my 2002 SV650. In early August, 2014, I spotted this one, and decided the time was right to own an SV on a more permanent basis.
