In September 2003, my friend Jesse and I rode
out to Leavenworth
and back on a brilliantly sunny Sunday. A writeup of the trip, with a

Ride Date: January 16-19, 2004
In order to attend a weekend retreat, I decided to ride the Le Mans out to Ocean Shores, via
some interesting (and poorly lit) backroads. |

I rode with friends Jesse and Alexander on a fine spring day in the valley east of Redmond,
WA. |

Ride Date: April 10, 2004
Together with a group of riders from the Ninja 250 board, I rode
up past Arlington and back through the Snoqualmie Valley. |

Ride Date: July 3, 2004
Jesse and I take a well-planned ride around
the south end of Hood Canal, on the Olympic Peninsula. |

Ride Date: August 2, 2004
I rode the Ninja 250 down to Scappoose,
OR to visit the Wesco boot factory. |

I rode up to Hurricane Ridge, in the
Olympic mountain range, for my birthday ride. |

I rode down to Portland to join
my family for Thanksgiving |

I rode to Montana to help put on a
play, and decided to go camping too, as long as I was out there on
a motorcycle. This report is incomplete, but will be finished in
the next few days. |

Ride Dates: August 8 - September 18, 2013
For my 15 year sabbatical at my job, I decided to spend 6 weeks
riding through Europe on a 2002 SV650. I visited 5 distinct sets of
friends, and rode nearly 10,000 km, departing and arriving at
Motofeirme in Cork, Ireland. |
